CLOUDFIDE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is seeking a Junior Power BI Developer to start a career in analytics and data visualization. You’ll work on real projects for international clients from day one, guided by senior BI professionals, and grow through hands-on experience in semantic modeling, DAX, and cloud-connected reporting in an Azure-first environment.

Qualifications

• First commercial or project experience with Power BI - internship, freelance, academic, or personal projects all count.
• Basic understanding of DAX and willingness to develop proficiency quickly.
• Foundational knowledge of data modeling concepts - star schema, relationships, and basic SQL.
• Eagerness to learn how Power BI connects to cloud data sources such as Azure Synapse, SQL databases, or Databricks.
• Proactive, curious mindset - you ask questions, take initiative, and are not afraid to try things.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international, remote‑first environment.
• English at B2 level or above - our daily working language.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards for global clients across diverse industries, with guidance from senior team members.
• Learning and applying DAX measures and data modeling concepts - star schema, relationships, cardinality - in real project contexts.
• Collaborating with Data Engineers and senior BI Developers to understand data structures and upstream pipelines.
• Supporting business stakeholders in gathering requirements and translating them into clear visualizations.
• Maintaining data quality and consistency across reports, with attention to lineage, documentation, and best practices.
• Contributing to BI standards and reusable component libraries as you grow your technical scope.
• Getting hands-on with CI/CD practices and version control for Power BI assets.
• Continuously developing your skills and staying up to date with the Power BI and Azure ecosystem.

• Any experience with version control (Git) or CI/CD concepts.
• Interest in data engineering concepts and Lakehouse architecture.
