An international company providing IT services is looking for candidates with knowledge of ITALIAN for the position of SUPPORT ENGINEER. FULL-TIME JOB / REMOTELY!

Responsibilities

• solving problems reported by users by phone, e-mail or other communication channels;
• saving, describing, managing incoming reports in the system;
• co-creation of a knowledge base on emerging faults and ways to solve them;
• daily basis cooperation with teams in other locations.

Requirements

• excelent command of Italian;
• good command of English (B1);
• getting along well with people;
• positive attitude and a desire for self-improvement.
• ! We do not require previous professional experience in IT!
