A leading global manufacturing company seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to enhance supplier processes and ensure regulatory compliance. You will conduct audits, qualify new suppliers, and collaborate across teams to improve product quality. Candidates should have a degree in electronics, 4+ years of experience in quality engineering, and strong communication skills. The role is based in Warsaw with hybrid work options.

The Supplier Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing processes across our Global Value Streams to enhance our supplier selection, development and monitoring processes for materials suppliers and 3rd party manufacturing. You will partner with our Global Sourcing and Operations teams to deliver on strategic initiatives. You will also work closely with other teams like product division to ensure harmonized Supplier Quality processes implemented are effective, and serve the business, as well as meeting regulatory requirements.
