Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Supply Planning lead to manage a team of material and supply planners, ensuring mid- to long-term production and material plans align with the business plan. You will drive end-to-end supply chain planning for internal and external items and coach a team across functions.

• Knowledgeable about leading practice supply planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts.

You will manage a team of material and supply planners in a category, enduring that mid- to long-term production/material plans are in place for your assigned plants/lines in line with approved business plans.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Prepare short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally for further review and approvals
• Manage, coach and develop a team
• Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate, delivering finished goods inventories at or below target levels and meeting waste objectives
• Work closely with internal and external manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials, and replenishment functions to deliver the category’s goals
• Deliver performance against approved master and detailed schedules and long-range plans (including capacity considerations) and material requirement plans using system tools
• Be part of the construction of the supply review and escalating issues
• Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets and waste reduction to meet company KPIs
• Participate in and/or lead supply review meetings

Drive improved supplier relationship management within ISC through:

• Lead inbound material supply of packaging & raw materials
• Upstream supply reviews with key suppliers strengthening capacity management & process
• Drive an enhanced supplier relationship, partnering closely with procurement
• Process improvement, driving digitalisation for E2E decision making, agility & resilience

Experience/background:

• Procurement or supplier relationship experience [required]
• Stakeholder management within complex structures [required]
• Knowledgeable of IBP, leading teams and IBP process [required]
• Supply Planning management [preferred]
• FMCG/Pharma/Manufacturing experience [preferred]
• Experience digitalising data exchanges in the E2E Supply Chain [preferred]
