Job summary

A multinational pharmaceutical company in Poland is seeking a Supply Chain (SC) Specialist to manage SC processes, ensure compliance, and coordinate with global stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in logistics or business administration and at least 2 years of experience in an international environment. This role requires strong communication skills, SAP knowledge, and the ability to optimize processes in a diverse setting.

Qualifications

  • Proven knowledge of import/export processes and regulations.

Responsibilities

Tasks & responsibilities

As a Supply Chain (SC) Specialist, you are responsible for:

  • The execution, compliance, and maintenance of SC processes and procedures as part of the GBS service portfolio.
  • Coordinating with Global Process Owner, Local and Global Stakeholder SC related topics.
  • Understanding the global serialization, track & trace requirements including alert management.
  • Ensuring the global market supply of products (finished goods, bulk, APIs) sourced from internal and external manufacturing sites by accurate and timely processing of transactional activities of order processing in compliance with the respective external and internal regulations.
  • Guaranteeing that the global supply is in line with customer service level target, particularly by executing and monitoring BIX@ orders, deliveries, shipments & other transactional activities by being responsible for "deliver".
  • Entering Packaging Data in SAP@-System and creating delivery notes, Customs invoices, and shipping order for non-connected CMOs and providing to nominated Forwarders.
  • Ensuring reliable, compliant, and cost-efficient global transport of products.
  • Ensuring in-time and accurate processing logistics complaints & logistics deviation management and BIX@ Complaints in line with its related procedures and in-time escalation to the respective manager.
  • Managing stakeholder interactions successfully based on strong communication skills.
  • Being familiar with working in projects and being measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to strive for continuous improvement measures.
About our future employee

You should speak English language min. on a B2 level and have min. 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, logistics, distribution and/or order processing in an international environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, in shared services, BPO or multinational company.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Profound knowledge of Supply Chain regulations and their application.
  • Proven knowledge of import and export processes and regulations as well as export control regulations.
  • Good knowledge of handling of legalization as well as special payment handling particularly Letter of credits.
  • Good SAP know-how and working experience with the ERP system, preferably with SAP S4Hana.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, logistics and/or Supply Chain Management.
  • Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurship, and a high service orientation with customer centricity.
  • Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and actively participate in process optimization.
  • Problem-solving skills and flexible work attitude.
  • High quality awareness, resilience, and independence considering changing requirements.
  • Good customer-oriented presentation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office Tools.
  • Ability to work in a diverse international environment.
