Job Description
  • Procurement & Material Planning. Translate customer forecasts into effective materials purchasing plans and shipping schedules.
  • Ensure on-time procurement of raw materials and components, and supervise daily purchasing activities in the factory to avoid any supply disruptions.
  • Take responsibility for the supply assurance and support revenue growth.
  • Supply management quality and cost efficiency improvement.
  • Direct responsibility for Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and Planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Negotiate and ensure suppliers meet the company's quality, cost, and service standards.
  • Continuously improve the supplier management to support company objectives.
  • Development of the local company’s operations strategy, budgets & improvement plans.
  • Responsible for achieving all operational related targets while ensuring continuous improvements of the right SC processes, practices and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge about supply chain and logistics management.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain and logistics processes (forecasting, MRP/ERP systems, inventory management, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of modern supply chain trends and best practices (e.g. lean logistics, digital supply chain solutions).
  • Min 5 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and team management abilities - able to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a hands‑on approach to resolving supply chain issues promptly.
  • Strong goal orientation, ability to resist pressure, good communication, and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a data‑driven approach to decision making. Capable of analyzing complex supply chain data to drive strategic improvements.
  • Native Polish language, fluent English as the working language.
  • Continuous improvements in suppliers’ terms & conditions to reduce products lead time to the market, increasing flexibility of supply chain.
