OPmobility in Kraków seeks a Supply Chain Engineer – Internal Flows to optimize and digitalize internal logistics across battery and ICE manufacturing operations. You will improve material flow efficiency, drive standardization, and support growth in automotive environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in automotive or heavy-duty manufacturing.
• Proven experience in internal logistics optimization, process improvement, and digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, MES, IoT technologies, data analytics tools, and KPI management.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, and project management methodologies.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize internal material flows, including storage, line feeding, material handling, and WIP management.
• Develop solutions tailored to battery and ICE manufacturing requirements, ensuring safety, traceability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the implementation of digital tools and technologies such as WMS, MES, IoT, and data analytics solutions.
• Monitor logistics performance through KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven improvement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, and IT teams to align logistics strategies.
• Support change management, training, and capability development within internal logistics teams.
