Job summary

Mars is seeking a SC Development Manager to lead day‑to‑day responsibilities for RC EKA with a pan‑European perspective. You will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, standardize processes, and deploy digitalization across the supply chain.

The role requires strong project leadership, end‑to‑end supply chain experience, and the ability to drive KPIs while aligning with Mars QMS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing.
• 3–5 years working experience in manufacturing and/or CI/Lean and/or IE.
• Process development/deployment and project management experience.
• Nice to have 2+ years supply planning or logistics operations.
• End-to-end supply chain experience within a global/European business (5+ years).

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing review of EKA supply chain DiB initiatives and identify new opportunities.
• Lead the wider EKA Supply Chain team through continuous improvement roadmap.
• Manage projects to develop and start new supply chain capabilities.
• Lead deployment of standard processes and tools with stakeholders across regions.
• Coordinate CI programs across factory to customer activities.
• Support DiB KPI delivery and strategic procurement initiatives.
