A leading financial services company in Warsaw is seeking a Structured Solutions Analyst to manage the life cycle of loans and leases. This role involves collaborating with international teams, managing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Ideal candidates will have experience in banking back/middle office roles, strong Excel skills, and fluent English. The position offers a hybrid working model and various benefits including a competitive salary and health package.
The Structured Solutions and Mobility Team specializes in Loans, Leasing, and Structured Solutions, its Middle Office is a cross-location team. Main mission of the team is to oversee the deal life cycle management by supporting the closing phases, managing loan and lease events as well as handling SPV, subsidiary treasury functions and reporting. Furthermore, the Structured Solutions Middle Office Analysts ensure regulatory compliance by monitoring risk-weighted assets and performing first-level controls. Warsaw will become a new point on the SSM Team’s map as we are building a brand-new team to take over part of the responsibilities and collaborate with Paris-based colleagues
