Job summary

Elomatic is seeking a Structural Analyst to join our Technical Analysis team in Łódź, Poland. You will work on a variety of engineering projects for our customers.

The role requires a MSc/BSc in engineering, basic experience in structural analysis, knowledge of Eurocodes, and good English communication. We offer a full-time contract, hybrid working hours, an international environment and a collaborative, supportive team.

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in engineering is required.
• Basic experience in structural analysis is expected.
• Knowledge of standard stress methods is preferred.
• Good teamwork, autonomy and proactivity.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher) in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis during design definition and development phases.
• Conduct trade-off analyses for different design solutions.
• Carry out linear and nonlinear FEM analyses.
• Assess strength, stability, damage tolerance and fatigue.
• Prepare calculation reports and technical documentation.
• Present and review analysis results with team and clients.
• Act as technical lead to validate assumptions and conclusions.
