Qualifications

Master's or PhD in business administration or comparable background.
Experience in consulting or in the financial sector through relevant internships.

Strategically minded and responsible when implementing concepts.
Enjoys questioning the status quo.
Fluent in Polish and English.
Knowledge of German (at least C1) and willingness to further develop German skills.
