• Sequence and balance production orders.
• Check bottlenecks in production.
• Develop production planning tool.
• Define planning methodology.
• Build and develop transparency of production planning processes.
• Meet or exceed market expectations for responsiveness and delivery time.
• Deliver insights to improve general performance through make/buy analyses or similar.
