Job summary

A leading financial services provider in Poland is seeking an experienced Sourcing & Category Management Expert III. You will support the Global Tech Procurement Team, lead e-sourcing initiatives, and manage global contracts while ensuring compliance and improving cost efficiency. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree and 4-5 years of IT Procurement experience. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in IT Procurement, preferably in international financial services.
• Experience in running sourcing projects in Software, SaaS, or Hardware.
• Very good English skills (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global business partners to ensure adherence to Procurement Policy.
• Lead end to end e-sourcing initiatives including market research and negotiations.
• Manage global contracts ensuring compliance with terms and timely renewals.
