Job summary

TPConnects Technologies is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance operations, ensuring the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting across the business.

This is a hands-on role responsible for end-to-end finance functions, including P2P, month-end close, statutory reporting, audit management, payroll oversight, tax and regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years’ progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience as Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with month-end close and statutory reporting.
• Experience managing external audits.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Extensive experience using Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes with timely reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and reconciliations.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity with robust controls.
• Manage VAT, corporate tax and statutory filings across jurisdictions.
• Drive P2P ownership, supplier onboarding, approvals and payments.
• Coordinate annual statutory financial statements and audits.
• Lead systems and process improvements across finance workflows.
• Partner with business functions to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and document accounting policies and procedures.
