Qualifications

• University degree in construction or related subjects preferred.
• Practical ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Basic knowledge of construction law and the specifics of the construction industry.
• Basic knowledge of design or quantity surveying software like AutoCAD, Excel.
• High level of responsibility, punctuality, and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Preliminary and purchase of materials for construction industry.
• Preparation of quotations, estimates, and documentation.
• Looking for alternative material and technical solutions.
• Consultation with clients, negotiation of order conditions.
• Work with costing and design team to optimise procurement.

Skills
