About the role

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Expansion Account Executive to join our healthcare sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet healthcare providers' needs.

What you'll do
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at Artisight customers.
  • Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Actively sell into our existing customers, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Work closely with the Artisight Client Success team to understand customer priorities and opportunities for expansion.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to recommend appropriate products and services
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., clinical support, operations, product development) to ensure successful delivery of solutions
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account updates
  • Attend industry conferences and client meetings to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or a technical field, or equivalent career experience
  • 5-10 years of work experience in healthcare software sales with a track record of success.
  • Expansion sales experience selling into and expanding existing customers
  • Ability to support all aspects of a sale to clients of our innovative offerings
  • Learning mindset and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing startup environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Home office - based and willing to travel up to 60% as needed
