Job summary

Trading 212 is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer in Poland to shape architecture across web and mobile apps built with TypeScript, React and React Native. You will own platform capabilities, shared libraries, design-system foundations and developer tooling in a large monorepo.

In this hands-on role, you’ll mentor engineers, drive performance improvements and guide cross-team decisions, while remaining close to code and delivering high-quality product experiences for millions of clients.

About the role

Staff Frontend Engineers shape architecture and engineering direction across product teams while remaining close to the code. Your scope will include shared libraries, platform capabilities, developer tooling and difficult product-system problems.

This is not a people-management role. Its leverage comes from technical judgement, credible execution and making other engineers and teams more effective.
