Job summary

Work Truck Solutions, Inc. is seeking a remote Staff Software Engineer focused on backend development with .NET expertise.

You will shape technical direction across teams, lead AI-assisted development efforts, and set standards for secure, maintainable code in a distributed environment. You will own end-to-end features from database to UI, with a strong emphasis on scalable architectures, observability, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Years of building and operating production-grade systems in .NET.
• Ownership of scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience designing API architectures (REST/GraphQL).
• Security fundamentals, observability, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience deploying and operating systems in Azure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across teams and set architecture direction.
• Lead AI-driven development and establish agent-based tooling patterns.
• Define standards for AI-generated code and secure reviews.
• Mentor engineers and improve team-wide coding practices.
• Collaborate with distributed teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Build secure, scalable, high-performance applications with maintainable architectures.
