Job summary

Bain & Company, Warsaw-based, is seeking a Staff Architect II to lead the Coro product workstream within NGSS, guiding architectural direction and delivering scalable cloud software.

You'll collaborate with product managers, mentor engineers, and oversee production issues, deployments, and cross-team alignment, while pursuing innovative AI-driven solutions in a consulting-adjacent product context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Strong backend experience in Python, Node.js and C# / ASP.NET.
• Experience building cloud-based B2B software on Azure.
• Experience leading engineering teams in Agile.
• Knowledge of AI agents and LLM orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural direction and governance for scalable software.
• Review code, participate in system design, and maintain quality standards.
• Translate product roadmaps into technical plans and drive delivery.
• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams across products.
• Collaborate with leadership and external partners on strategy.
