Job summary

Genpact in Poland (Hybrid) seeks a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to identify trends, design optimization strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance. You will monitor inventory, ensure timely replenishment, and assess supplier performance to drive cost savings and quality improvements.

Ideal candidates have degrees in analytics or CS, strong data analytics skills, and experience with SCM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degrees in analytics, CS, statistics, or data science.
• Experience with supply chain analytics and optimization.
• English language proficiency is required for collaboration.
