Senior Commercial Analyst – Brussels (Belgium) or Krakow (Poland)

Ansell is seeking a passionate, customer‑focused Senior Commercial Analyst to join the Commercial EMEA team, based in either Brussels, Belgium or Krakow, Poland. As a key member of the Ansell team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding strategic decisions and optimizing business performance. You will analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. What will your role be?

Working in collaboration with our Sales Enablement & Commercial Analytics team and reporting to the Manager, Commercial Analytics EMEA‑APAC, the Senior Commercial Analyst will:

  • Develop in‑depth knowledge of the business and actively participate in sales meetings, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Deliver content for business reviews and presentations, and provide guidance on commercial strategic decisions.
  • Identify and implement tools and solutions that drive sales efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Execute ad‑hoc analyses and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Design and develop sales and performance dashboards using BI tools.
  • Lead cross‑departmental initiatives to streamline sales processes.
  • Drive the development of KPIs and metrics to measure business effectiveness.
  • Manage Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), including simulations, governance, and communication.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
What will you bring to Ansell?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sciences, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Senior experience in a similar role within a B2B multinational manufacturing company.
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI).
  • Experience with ERP & CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Proven record in report automation and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑driven, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.
