Job summary

LTM is seeking a Senior GoLang AI Engineer in Poland to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and AI-powered applications. The role focuses on GoLang-based microservices, distributed systems, and seamless integration with GenAI frameworks across cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to operationalize AI models, implement secure REST/gRPC APIs, and contribute to DevOps practices, including containerization and IaC, in a hybrid Poland work

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of backend engineering experience in cloud-native applications.
• Strong GoLang expertise in distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience with AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Hugging Face models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using GoLang.
• Build cloud-native microservices and distributed systems.
