Specialist Sales Steering B2C

The B2C Sales Team focuses on promotion, animation and steering of sales activities of financial and insurance products for BMW Group Customers within BMW Group Dealer network.

What awaits you?
  • Opportunity for establishing and development of the Business Analytics, sales performance analysis within Sales
  • Possibility of management of financial products in the Sales Systems and for identifying and driving key system enhancements necessary for efficient sales steering and compliant product development.
  • Development of price proposals for joint campaigns (with NSC subvention) and measuring their effectiveness
  • Researching, evaluating and preparing insights and recommendations based on market and industry data
  • Collaboration with NSC to negotiate and influence sales programmes with the goal of maximising mutual profit and new business volumes
  • Taking care that all processes, procedures, instructions and tools relating to price setting are documented to company standards and kept up to date
  • Monitoring, reporting and controlling on a weekly/monthly basis if the volume and profit contribution of the order‑intake / new business are in line with the sales targets / Budget.
What should you bring along?
  • At least 5 years’ experience in car leasing and pricing
  • Good level of knowledge and experience in financial mathematics
  • Data processing and data mining skills (advanced knowledge of Excel)
  • Demonstrable experience of using analytics to solve complex business problems
  • Experience of dealing with and influencing colleagues at all levels of the business through first class inter‑personal and communication styles
  • Self motivated, with drive and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Capability to work with aggressive timelines and targets
  • Strong planning, prioritising and organisational skills
