The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews and offers. • Certifications listed: Certified Compliance Officer (CCO), PHR, SHRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate applications to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist in coordinating job offers and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and generate relevant reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
