• Lead sourcing projects and contract negotiations in logistics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and key suppliers.
• Understand business requirements and deliver projects that meet those needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, German, Italian) are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sourcing within logistics or similar categories, with capability to run tenders.
• Hands‑on approach to teamwork, process improvement, and customer care.
• Strong stakeholder focus with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Experienced negotiator with excellent communication skills.
• Professional team player, motivated and highly flexible.
