Job summary

ElevenLabs seeks a Solutions Engineer to scale its voice AI platform for enterprise clients. You’ll collaborate with sales to integrate technical solutions, engage directly with customer tech contacts, and architect bespoke demonstrations that convey our product’s value.

The role emphasizes building scalable, self-serve tools and documentation, enabling customers to implement solutions with minimal friction while aligning with product teams on reusable integration patterns.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background to help customers architect integration between ElevenLabs solutions and their systems.
• Proficiency in Python and deep understanding of software development and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate our product’s value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources that amplify our sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and work with product teams to realize them.
