Job description
Responsibilites:
  • Design, configure, and maintain solutions across various OneTrust modules (e.g., Privacy Management, Data Mapping, Assessments, Risk Management, Incident Management, Regulatory Intelligence, Vendor Risk).
  • Build and optimize workflows, questionnaires, rules, automation, templates, dashboards, and integrations within the OneTrust admin console.
  • Translate business, legal, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, risk and compliance frameworks) into technical OneTrust configurations.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and architecture diagrams.
  • Work closely with legal, privacy, compliance, risk, and security teams to understand requirements and recommend optimal OneTrust solutions.
  • Act as the technical expert during workshops, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate OneTrust with internal and external systems (APIs, SSO, data sources).
  • Monitor and optimize OneTrust performance, workflows, and data quality.
  • Stay up to date with OneTrust releases and industry best practices and assess their applicability.
Requirements:
  • 3–4+ years of hands‑on technical experience working with the OneTrust platform, specifically in configuration and administration, not only functional understanding.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently configure and deploy solutions in OneTrust (admin console, workflows, automation, API integrations, custom logic).
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, privacy governance, data protection, and/or risk management frameworks.
  • Solid technical background, preferably in IT, information systems, or software engineering.
  • Experience working with legal, privacy, risk, or compliance teams and translating requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
