Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale Microsoft Business Applications implementations, focusing on Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure integrations. The role emphasizes governance, ALM, and customer-centric digital transformation.

You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, drive best practices, and support scalable, value-driven solutions across project teams. Fluency in English and Poland residency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional background in Microsoft Business Applications environments.
• Proven track record as a Solution Architect within Microsoft Business Applications ecosystems.
• Fluency in English is required; Polish residency is necessary.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Certification set PL-600, PL-200, MB-230, MB-280 or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations.
• Design and oversee complex integrations and migrations across Azure and related Microsoft technologies.
• Act as a SME for Business Applications and Power Platform technologies.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and support long-term customer engagement opportunities.
• Facilitate business mapping, requirement gathering, blueprinting, and stakeholder workshops.
• Ensure delivery quality through governance and technical best practices.
• Define, implement, and maintain ALM frameworks and Azure DevOps practices.
• Support project governance activities with PMs and account managers.
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and Organizational Change Management approaches.
• Support the implementation and governance of Power Pages solutions.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic development activities.
• Support estimation, planning, and delivery execution to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Promote innovation and help shape best practices across the Business Applications capability.

Job description

At Sii, we are currently looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a project delivered for our client within the Business Applications area. The role focuses on delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft Business Applications solutions, with a strong emphasis on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Azure integrations, governance, and customer-centric digital transformation initiatives.

If you want to act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, drive architecture and delivery best practices, and support the implementation of scalable and value-driven business solutions.

Your tasks

• Lead architecture and delivery activities across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations
• Design and oversee complex integrations and migrations across Azure and surrounding Microsoft technologies
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Business Applications and Power Platform technologies
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and support long-term customer engagement opportunities
• Facilitate business mapping, requirement gathering, blueprinting, and stakeholder workshops
• Ensure delivery quality through implementation governance and technical best practices
• Define, implement, and maintain ALM frameworks and Azure DevOps practices
• Support project governance activities in cooperation with project managers and account managers
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and Organizational Change Management approaches
• Support the implementation and governance of Power Pages solutions
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional background in Microsoft Business Applications environments
• Demonstrated track record in the role of Solution Architect within Microsoft Business Applications ecosystems
• In-depth expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Delivery of complex, enterprise-scale implementations, including system migrations and integrations
• Advanced proficiency in Azure and related Microsoft technologies
• Comprehensive understanding of Power Platform components and their use in enterprise-grade solutions
• Practical application of ALM best practices and technical governance frameworks
• Hands-on involvement in implementing and maintaining Power Pages solutions
• Working knowledge of Success by Design and Catalyst methodologies
• Sound understanding of Agile delivery approaches
• Awareness of Organisation Change Management frameworks, including Prosci
• Highly developed communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively
• Strong capabilities in workshop facilitation and business analysis
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• PL-600, PL-200, MB-230, and MB-280 certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform environments
• Residing in Poland required
