Job summary

Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) organization is growing rapidly, building a unified, cloud-native platform with a focus on AI-driven innovation. You’ll join the CX Platform team to support global customers and partners with scalable backend services.

You’ll design and implement backend features using Java or Python, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with international teams to ensure end-to-end delivery across multiple stacks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on backend development experience with Java or Python.
• Knowledge of AWS, cloud technologies, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of databases (Postgres, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Independence in solving problems
• Good English social skills (verbal and written) and experience working with global, multi-functional teams

• Drive advanced product integrations across Cisco’s product portfolio

Your Impact

You’ll work across multiple stacks and domains to build integrations and features that power the next generation of Cisco’s global platform.
