A leading tech company in Poland is seeking a Software Engineer to develop and implement mobile architecture, providing technical guidance while driving the quality of mobile applications and backend systems. In this role, you will serve as a foundational member of a dynamic and agile team. Your responsibilities will involve a significant degree of direct contribution alongside providing essential technical leadership. This dual focus will extend to both the development and maintenance of the mobile application itself, as well as its interconnected backend systems, ensuring seamless functionality and robust performance across the entire ecosystem. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and best practices within the team, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and ongoing support. Your expertise will directly influence the architectural decisions and technical direction of our mobile offerings, making an impact on user experience and product success.
