EngRadar, in partnership with Tieto Tech Consulting, seeks a Software Engineer (C++) to contribute to next-generation 5G infrastructure from Szczecin. You will design, implement, and optimize features for commercial telecom projects within a multi-site international team.

The role emphasizes software maintenance, memory management, and debugging, with strong focus on interop between SW and HW. A hybrid work model and transparent culture are offered.

We are looking for talented C++ developers passionate about designing code for 5G infrastructure for commercial projects. You will develop innovative solutions and cooperate with a multi-site international network of experts working on modern telecommunication systems for world telecom vendors.

As Software Engineer for Radio/Baseband Unit, you will be responsible for design and implementation of features in next generation 5G telecommunication technologies.
