Job summary

Infor Inc. in Wroclaw is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Development team. You will contribute to design, development and maintenance of the Landmark Java framework in an AWS cloud environment.

You will collaborate with developers, product owners and clients to deliver scalable, high-quality software. Key qualifications include Java, REST APIs, microservices, and experience with Git, Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Java-based solutions that improve developer productivity and software quality.
• Java principles including test-driven development and debugging experience.
• Experience building reliable, efficient systems that support business processes and financial operations.

As a Java Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of the Frameworks team's software using the Java programming language. You'll collaborate with other developers, product owners and clients to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in an AWS Cloud solution environment.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Maintain and enhance Landmark Java Framework software
• Code and test Java software

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience implementing Java-based solutions that contribute to developer productivity and software quality
• Java programming principles including test-driven development and debugging experience
• Experience leveraging Java to build reliable and efficient systems that support business processes and financial operations
• Familiarity with designing and consuming REST APIs / service-oriented or microservice architectures

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems architecture and financial software functionalities
• Sumo, Splunk Query and Dashboard experience
• Git, Jira, and Confluence experience
• Landmark Pattern Language (LPL) experience
• Scripting experience utilizing perl, python, bash, groovy, go
• Database (SQL, AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, PostgreSQL) knowledge
• AWS services (S3, EC2, EBS)
• Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite Landmark-based products
