Senior Software Engineer – AI Product Development

Location: Remote (with occasional visits to the Łódź office if requested)

Availability: Immediate start preferred (maximum notice period: 30 days)

Rate: 160-180 zl/h

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help build a production-ready AI system. This is a full‑stack role, covering everything from feature development to infrastructure and client-side integration.

Must-Have Skills

• Python Development: Build new features and improve existing ones (flexibility for other languages is welcome).
• DevOps & MLOps: Manage CI/CD pipelines and automate model deployment.
• Client Integration: Work on client-side integration with customer-facing products.
• Production Readiness: Ensure resilience, performance optimization, and robust error handling.
• Agentic Products & API Integration: Experience in building agentic systems and integrating with APIs.
• GenAI Expertise: Hands‑on experience with Generative AI (classic AI experience is not sufficient).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Evaluation Systems: Develop in-house systems to monitor and measure model performance.
• AI/ML Techniques: Apply fine‑tuning and prompt engineering to enhance model performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Design, implement, and deploy new features using Python to enhance core AI functionalities.
• DevOps & MLOps: Maintain CI/CD pipelines and MLOps infrastructure, automate model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Evaluation System: Build and improve internal systems to measure model performance and ensure data integrity.
• Integration & Deployment: Manage integration of AI solutions into client environments.
• AI Model Improvement: Fine‑tune large language models and apply advanced prompt engineering techniques.
• R&D Contributions: Participate in short-term research projects to explore new technologies and approaches.
• Product Hardening: Improve reliability, performance, and error handling for production readiness.
