Job summary

Kramp Group seeks a Software Engineer in the Technology department to drive end-to-end backend work. You will influence and own domains from design to production, delivering value to customers, farmers, dealers, and suppliers through scalable services and data-driven features.

Working with Java, Go, Kotlin and Next.js on GCP, you’ll contribute to e-commerce, supply chain and data platforms that support Kramp’s digital experience and business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience building backend services with Java, Go or Kotlin.
• Familiarity with data-driven features and scalable cloud deployments.
• Ability to own features from design to production delivery.

We are looking for passionate Senior Backend Engineers (Java) who are excited to have end-to-end ownership of their domains, working within the full development cycle, and directly impacting the end user experience and value delivery promoting a product mindset by closely working with the business.

About the team:

Team Create Customer Awareness (CCA) builds the customer interaction, content relevance, and recommendation capabilities that power Kramp's digital experience. We own the systems that decide what customers see, when they see it, and why it's relevant: from personalized homepage content and product recommendations to segmentation, promotions, experimentation (A/B testing & feature toggles), and frictionless onboarding journeys. Our tech stack spans Java, Go, Kotlin, and Next.js on GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, Postgres, Elasticsearch, Neo4j), with ~15 services
