Job summary

Lincoln Middle School is seeking a dedicated Softball Assistant Coach for the Lincoln Public Schools Athletics program, to work after school/evening during the Spring 26/27 school year. The role requires knowledge of softball, successful interview, and prior coaching experience; candidates must provide evidence of completed CPR/AED and first aid training as well as NFHS course completion.

Citizenship or residency verification may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and training in the specific activity.
• Successful interview.
• Previous experience in coaching or moderating the specific activity, preferred.
• Applicant must show evidence to the RIPCOA that he/she has completed an approved first aid and CPR/AED course.
• Proof of current and valid First Aid, CPR & AED cards.
• Must have completed the NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching course, NFHS Concussion course, NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Protecting Students from Abuse, Heat Illness Prevention, Student Mental Health & Suicide prevention, First Aid, Health, and Safety, and a Sport Specific Course
