Rebenagesta is seeking a social media enthusiast to develop communication strategies, manage profiles, and work with designers and copywriters on campaigns in a modern Bielsko‑Biała office or hybrid setup.

You will optimize campaigns, collaborate with influencers, and produce reports on outcomes. We value practical results and a willingness to learn and grow within a friendly team.

Qualifications

• No formal papers are required; focus on what you can do and what you want to learn.
• Knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in a modern office in Bielsko‑Biała or hybrid setup.

Your responsibilities will include:

• creating communication strategies in social media
• ongoing maintenance of social media profiles
• creation of advertising creative in cooperation with graphic designers and copywriters
• optimization of advertising campaigns based on various advertising objectives
• cooperation with influencers
• creation of reports from conducted advertising campaigns

Nice to have:

• having a hobby profile on social media
• knowledge of influencer marketing (and access to influencers)
• familiarity with the Google Ads system
• advanced knowledge of conversion optimization principles
