Ryanair Labs in Wrocław is recruiting an Information Security Analyst SOC Tier 1 to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group. The role covers 12-hour shifts on a 24/7 team to monitor and respond to security events using SIEM, analyzing logs, and refining security rules.

Ideal candidates have experience in IT security monitoring, threat analysis, and multi-OS environments, with knowledge of ethical hacking and security controls.

Qualifikationen

• Understand SOC system analysis, incident identification, escalation, and false-positive reduction.
• Experience in IT security monitoring, cyber threat analysis, and vulnerability analysis.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Mac, and VM platforms.
• Experience with security tools such as vulnerability scanners, IDS/IPS, SIEM.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting; firewall config and packet capture.

Aufgaben

• Analyze, triage and respond to security events on the SIEM system.
• Monitor alarm dashboard; assess event data and network traffic for severity and routing.
• Suggest changes to strengthen system security and prevent unauthorized access.
• Research security events and analyze firewall/IDS/anti-virus data for SOC reporting.
• Monitor threat feeds and analyze indicators of compromise; fine-tune SIEM rules.
