Job summary

Link Group is seeking a Snowflake Data Engineer (Airflow) to design and maintain data pipelines in a modern AWS data lake environment. You will implement robust ingestion from APIs, databases and files into Snowflake and S3, and optimize transformations with dbt.

You should have 3+ years in data engineering, deep Airflow and Python expertise, strong SQL skills, hands-on Snowflake experience, and familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices. English at B2+ is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong expertise in Airflow, Python and SQL.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience with data loading and transformations.
• Practical dbt knowledge and ETL/ELT design patterns.
• Experience with AWS S3 and Data Lake architectures.
• Familiar with Git and CI/CD practices.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines with Airflow and Python.
• Build ingestion processes from APIs, databases and files into S3 and Snowflake.
• Design and implement data transformations using dbt.
• Optimize Snowflake queries and warehouse performance.
• Implement pipeline monitoring, error handling and alerts.
• Ensure data quality and reliability with automated tests and validation.
