Job summary

Playtech is seeking a Game Artist & Animator to craft world-class slot game visuals from concept to animation. You will bring assets to life, design UI, logos, and marketing materials, and ensure assets are production-ready for global markets.

A strong portfolio and expert use of Photoshop, Spine, and After Effects are essential. AI-assisted workflows and collaboration with cross-functional teams are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Game Artist or Animator.
• Strong portfolio showing illustration and animation work.
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Spine and After Effects.
• Solid understanding of animation fundamentals (timing, spacing, motion appeal).
• Proficiency with AI tools for concept generation and production workflows.
• Experience with game asset export, optimization, and production pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality game art: symbols, characters, backgrounds, UI, logos and marketing assets.
• Create polished animations including symbols, characters, features, wins, and VFX in Spine and After Effects.
• Prepare and deliver game-ready assets and localization-ready files.
• Collaborate with artists, developers, designers and producers throughout production.
• Help improve workflows and solve technical art challenges.
• Bring experience in online Slots/iGaming is a strong advantage.
