Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. Warsaw, Poland is seeking an experienced Site Start Up Lead to work independently under general direction. You will manage site activation, lead a Site Start Up team, and drive Ready to Enroll status for Takeda and CRO sites while aligning with Clinical Operations and TAU partners.

Strong GCP knowledge and data-driven decision-making are essential. You will also guide protocol start up, country/site selection, forecasting, and modeling, ensuring adherence to regulatory

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Clinical Operations, Project Management or site start up.
• Direct responsibility in site activation and managing start up processes for clinical studies for sponsor or CRO.
• Expertise in country/site start up and study start up strategies.
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trial requirements.
• Ability to interpret data and support data-driven decisions.
• Experience working independently and across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and deliver the Site Start Up Plan.
• Lead the Site Start Up team to reach Ready to Enroll status for Takeda/CRO sites.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and TAU partners to improve site start up metrics.
• Provide guidance on protocol start up, country/site selection, planning and modeling.
• Oversee data collection and analysis to forecast start up timelines and performance.
• Ensure consistent standards across projects and drive process improvements.
