Teva is seeking a senior Controlling leader to partner with Site Leadership and senior stakeholders, driving financial performance and strategic decision-making. The role influences budgeting, CAPEX, cost management, and global reporting, while enabling continuous capability growth across Finance and Operations.

The successful candidate will manage a Controlling team and collaborate with GBS to deliver high performance, automation, and robust financial insights for long-term planning.

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in Controlling, Finance, or FP&A within manufacturing.
• Previous people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cost management and performance management.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Experience working with SAP and financial reporting systems.
• Fluent English.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, decision-making, and influencing skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as a strategic finance business partner to the Site Leadership Team, providing financial guidance and supporting key business decisions.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts (LBE) and financial performance reviews.
• Analyze financial results, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to achieve business commitments.
• Oversee manufacturing cost management, standard costing, inventory valuation, reserves, and transfer pricing activities.
• Support investment decisions through CAPEX reporting, financial analysis, and business case evaluation.
• Deliver financial reporting, presentations, and insights to local and global stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and enhancements of financial planning and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, Accounting, and other cross-functional teams.
• Lead, develop, and support the Controlling team while fostering collaboration with Finance Global Business Services to drive high performance.
