Allucent is seeking a Site Contract & Budget Manager to join our team in Europe. Hybrid/remote role responsible for leading site contract and budget activities across clinical studies, ensuring timely negotiation and delivery per study timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Healthcare or Biological Science with 3+ years in drug development or clinical research, plus strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. GDPR/ICH-GCP knowledge and CTMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Biological Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of Site Contract & Budget experience
• Paralegal certification preferred for contract review or budget negotiation
• Knowledge of privacy legislation (GDPR and/or HIPAA) and ICH-GCP
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, CTMS
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee site contract and budget activities across assigned studies
• Develop and maintain CTABPs with contracting strategies
• Coordinate and guide Site Contract & Budget Associates
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors and internal stakeholders
• Review and coordinate approvals of CTA templates
• Provide contractual expertise and negotiation support
• Monitor milestones, risks, and escalation measures
• Oversee contracting documentation through study lifecycle
