Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Simulator Engineer (C++) to join our global engineering team. The role focuses on developing high-performance C++ simulations with strong OO design, and coordinating HW-SW flows across hardware and software layers.

The candidate will collaborate with a distributed team, apply debugging and optimization techniques, and contribute to realistic modeling and performance analysis for complex systems.

Qualifications

• BSc or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university.
• Hands-on experience with modern C++ and object-oriented design principles.
• Strong understanding of HW-SW flows.
• Experience with debugging and optimizing performance across software and hardware layers.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills to work with a globally distributed engineering team.

• Hands-on experience with modern C++ and object-oriented design principles
• Strong understanding of HW-SW flows
• Experience with debugging and optimizing performance across software and hardware layers
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills to work with a globally distributed engineering team

Strong Advantage:

• SoC architecture and micro-architecture knowledge
• Experience in hardware and/or performance modelling, analysis, and debug
• Experience with modelling frameworks such as SystemC, TLM, or others
