• Background in managing complex enterprise infrastructures.
• Knowledge of service management frameworks like ITIL.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of SIEM service based on Google SecOps.
• Ensure compliance with business, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Define and optimize service KPIs and SLAs.
• Act as central point of contact for stakeholders.
• Create and maintain SOPs for SIEM/SOC operations.
