Job summary

An innovative technology company in Poland is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Service Owner to oversee the development and management of SIEM capabilities with Google SecOps. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SecOps, managing complex infrastructures, and a proven track record in security monitoring platforms. Responsibilities include lifecycle management of the SIEM service, stakeholder engagement, and operational governance. Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Extensive practical experience with Google SecOps or equivalent SIEM technologies.
  • Background in managing complex enterprise infrastructures.
  • In-depth knowledge of SOC workflows and automation pipelines.
  • Proven ability to design security monitoring platforms.
  • Hands-on experience establishing new services from inception.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of the SIEM service based on Google SecOps.
  • Lead the development, deployment, and management of the service.
  • Define, track, and optimize service KPIs and SLAs.
  • Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Design service architecture and operational workflows.
  • Create and maintain governance frameworks for SIEM/SOC operations.
