Responsibilities

• Work organization and distribution for a group of employees
• Ongoing adherence to and execution of the plan
• Training new employees
• Supervision over the quality and efficiency of work of subordinate employees
• Involvement in the systematic improvement of the subordinate department
• Reporting completed tasks to the supervisor

Requirements

• Min. secondary education
• English knowledge (non-required)
• Availability to work in a three-shift system
• Good memory, divisibility of attention, perceptiveness and regularity
• Consistency in action, the ability to work in a group
• Knowledge of the specificity of production in the automotive industry
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Very good organization of own and team work
• Practical computer knowledge (MS Office suite)
• Driving license, “B” category
