A global medical technology leader is seeking a Set Planning Analyst in Warsaw, Poland. This role focuses on coordinating the deployment process of implant and instruments sets, requiring strong data analysis capabilities, supply chain experience, and proficiency in SAP tools. The Set Planning Analyst coordinates all the steps within the Set deployment process, from demand collection to the deployment of implant and instruments sets in the designated Markets, being responsible for integrating data from Demand Planning, Product Marketing, Sales and Commercial Operations. Through the monthly Integrated Business Planning process, this role will monitor and advise recommended action plans to ensure accurate set forecasting, optimization of asset ordering and transfers and will support continuous improvements projects.
Analyze set plans for the 36 months rolling horizon to make sure the right investments are planned on the brands driving growth for the company
Monitor the kits productivity and suggest changes to set forecast
Optimize set planning by netting the undeployed and unvalued stock available via the automated tools available
Review alignment of set plans versus capex budget and suggests escalations where needed
Prepare monthly management reports, identifying any relevant problems and recommending solutions that will improve future demand plans
Drive meetings with Comm.OPS, demand planning, sales and marketing teams to review the plans and agree on any actions needed within the Integrated Business Planning cycle
Create the purchase requisitions on SAP SOP to initiate the shipment of goods from the main distribution center to the market warehouse.
Coordinate asset transfers process where needed
Provide support on continuous improvement projects, on top of the daily activities

Strong capabilities to analyze big chunks of data from different sources, connect information and present the findings
Ability to prioritize and manage large workload to meet definite deadlines

Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization and team working
Fluency in English
Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Operations or other related field
Supply Chain experience with good understanding of processes in finance, sales and marketing
Knowledge of loaner/consignment and set deployment processes within medical devices company
Experience with SAP-SOP, SAP-IBP, ERP, BW, Power BI a plus
