Uber is looking for a Process Optimization Specialist to expand its Team in Krakow.
The Krakow Center of Excellence is taking a new highway to become a major Technology Hub in Central & Eastern Europe, focusing on Process Optimization, Data Analytics & Automation.
You will execute Business Processes that are essential to keep the Uber Operations in good functioning order.
You will ensure your actions are run properly and on time, meeting the expectations in terms of Quality and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), by following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
While executing these Processes, you will identify areas of improvement, conduct root-cause analyses, build data-driven strategies and implement your enhancements, iteratively and incrementally.
To drive these continuous improvements, you will work closely in collaboration with other Team Members, Data Analysts like Automation Specialists, as well as Subject-Matter Experts.

Based in the Krakow CoE, the team is cross-functional and supports operations at regional and global level.

The span of work is large, covering multiple verticals (such as Uber Rides, Eats, High Capacity Vehicle, Payment, Strategy & Planning) and Mega-Regions (such as Global, EMEA, US&C).
We’re offering a hybrid model of working (60% minimum based out of our Krakow office, 40% optional work from home).
