Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-letnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu usługami IT.
  • Doświadczenie z ITIL i zarządzaniem SLA.

*instinctools is a software development company that provides custom software solutions for businesses of all sizes. Our team works closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized solutions that meet their business requirements.

*instinctools is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team.

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years in IT service management and 5+ years in IT segment in general.
  • Proven experience managing IT service delivery and support teams.
  • Experience with ITIL, SLA management, and service improvement.
  • Proficiency in managing customer relationships and expectations.
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Proficiency with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ITIL certification or similar is preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to clarify requirements with the customer
  • Willingness to pair with other engineers when solving complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing client relationships
  • Coordinating service delivery: Service Delivery Managers oversee the delivery of services to clients and coordinate the efforts of different teams to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitoring service performance: Service Delivery Managers track and monitor the performance of services, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with service level agreements

  • Continuously improving processes
