One of our flagship projects, Taptool, is an AI‑powered platform that helps Shopify store owners effortlessly create customizable mobile apps, driving growth, improving retention, and maximizing sales.

We’re looking for a highly skilled SEO and Content Marketing Specialist to take ownership of Taptool’s growth strategy. In this role, you’ll focus on driving organic traffic, creating high‑quality content, and generating qualified leads to increase Taptool’s market presence and revenue.

Tasks
  • Develop SEO Strategies: Design and implement on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive high‑quality traffic to Taptool’s website.
  • Content Marketing: Create and execute a content strategy that includes SEO‑optimized blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and whitepapers tailored to e‑commerce decision‑makers.
  • Keyword Research: Identify and prioritise high‑value keywords relevant to Shopify merchants to capture organic search intent and improve visibility.
  • Optimize Content Performance: Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to ensure all content is aligned with SEO goals and customer needs.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance metrics (organic traffic, keyword rankings, lead generation, and conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
  • Lead Generation: Optimise content funnels, landing pages and CTAs to drive conversions and capture qualified leads for Taptool.
  • Collaborate on Social Strategy: Work with the social media team to amplify content through organic posts, paid ads, and campaigns.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular audits of competitors’ SEO and content strategies to identify opportunities for Taptool to outperform.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in SEO and content marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or e‑commerce environment.
  • SEO Expertise: Proven success in improving organic search rankings and driving traffic through on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Content Creation: Strong skills in developing SEO‑optimised, value‑driven content for blogs, landing pages, and whitepapers that generate leads.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Search Console to track performance and identify opportunities.
  • Shopify & E‑Commerce Knowledge: Understanding the unique challenges of Shopify merchants and e‑commerce decision‑makers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a focus on delivering clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Audience Engagement: Skillfully utilise various communication channels to effectively connect with and engage our target audiences.
  • Results‑Oriented Mindset: Ability to track KPIs, measure ROI, and optimise campaigns to achieve lead generation and revenue goals.
  • Self‑Organising Abilities: We require you to possess exemplary self‑management skills.
